Tal Garmiza trains in the Wu Mei Kung Fu method under Sifu Avner Aqua and is a self-defense workshop instructor. In the workshop, we will learn simple and effective techniques against a larger and stronger opponent, discuss the principles of self-defense, responses to stressful situations, and the role of self-defense in our lives.
About the method – A Chinese martial art founded in the 17th century by a Shaolin nun named Wu Mei, who developed an efficient, rich, and wise fighting system designed to assist in many situations – from physical self-defense to dealing with various everyday situations according to the principles of Kung Fu.
